The Cabinet

The executive power of national Government is vested in His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, which is comprised of the five Great Officers of State (the Lords High Steward, Chancellor, Marshal, Constable, and Chamberlain), the twelve Ministers of the Crown, the Sovereigns's Private Secretary, and other Citizens of quality of the Sovereign's choosing, with the Prime Minister normally presiding.
The Cabinet is the primary sub-committee of the Privy Council, and is comprised of select members of the Council at the choice of the Prime Minister. It sets the agenda for the Government, but all parts must be approved by the whole Privy Council.
For security reasons, all Government business is handled through the Virtual Capital.
