How to become a Novaltic Citizen

The Commonwealth of Novaltia has a multi-tiered immigration process, to preserve the high quality of our Citizens, as well as to ensure harmonious integration into our community.

There are no fees or taxes in order to join, except the cost of effort, and faithfulness to our principles and laws.

The first step is to become a Virtual Guest, which will allow access to our Virtual Capital, and have educational interaction with our Citizens. For security reasons, our Virtual Capital is otherwise closed to the foreign public. There is no commitment or obligation in being such a Guest.

The second step, after one has been a Guest for a while, is to apply for Denizenship. This is a partial Citizenship which allows some rights, like the ability to hold lower-level positions and participate more in Novaltic life. Citizenship is granted to Denizens who have been productive members of the Novaltic community for a period of time, and who have passed tests in ethics and Novaltic customs and other knowledge.
